Our 8-week Yoga Toolbox series returns to Grace Miller, helping kids build practical tools for their mind, body, and spirit. Through creative movement, mindful games, and calming breathwork, students will strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and body awarenessβ€”just in time for the back-to-school transition.
