Our 8-week Yoga Toolbox series continues at Grace Miller, helping kids build practical tools for their mind, body, and spirit. Through creative movement, mindful games, and calming breath-work, students will strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and body awareness.

📍 @ Grace Miller on the lawn under the tree by the office (Rain location: Cafeteria)
🕑 1st–3rd Grade: 2:05 – 2:45 PM
🕒 4th–5th Grade: 2:50 – 3:35 PM
